Pressure cleaning utilizes high powered pressure in order to achieve the best possible clean, however, operating at such a high pressure does present the risk for possible damage. Our employees are highly trained to operate the equipment safely and effectively and are educated to take precautions to avoid causing any significant damage to your property. It is the property owner’s responsibility to investigate their property for any potential structural and material integrity issues and consult their builder/maintenance services for their property prior in order to ensure that their property can withstand the high powered pressure cleaning. Additionally, we may use various cleaning supplies that do contain chemicals in order to remove the more difficult stains off of exterior buildings and concrete surfaces. The client should understand that over time the different building, fence, and concrete surfaces can change colors and may not return to their original state after power cleaning. Heavy staining and molding may leave remnants after power cleaning, nonetheless, our employees will put forth their best efforts to remove as much of the staining as possible. For jobs that require a seal, environmental factors such as temperature, wind, rain, and efflorescence may affect how the sealant sets on the concrete and may create natural variations in the finished product. The client assumes all of the above stated risks and takes responsibility for any damage that may occur due to listed explanations. The client also agrees to release H2O Pressure Cleaners of any or all liability for injuries sustained due to equipment placement including injuries from tripping/falling, striking equipment, and falling debris or equipment.
